BetWinner Pakistan — Terms & Conditions

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "BetWinner" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the BetWinner online gaming and sports betting platform operating at betwinner-vip.net.
• "You" / "the Player" / "the User" refers to any individual who registers an account on BetWinner or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created at BetWinner, through which deposits, bets, and withdrawals are managed.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the PKR funds held within your BetWinner account, including real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposits, free bet credits, or rakeback amounts credited to your account by BetWinner as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount in PKR that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds or winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used on BetWinner for all financial transactions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures that BetWinner may require players to complete prior to processing withdrawals or as part of account security checks.

2Account Registration

To use BetWinner's betting and gaming features, you must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control. Registration via another person's mobile number is not permitted.
• Each individual person may hold only one BetWinner account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — under any name, number, or device combination — are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false details, including false names or dates of birth, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• BetWinner reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Players who cannot or do not provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts restricted or closed.
• By registering, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and that participating on BetWinner is legal under the laws applicable to you personally.

3Age Verification

BetWinner takes its age verification obligations seriously. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register and play. The following policies apply:

• By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• BetWinner may request age verification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal.
• Accounts where the player's age cannot be verified will have deposits and wagering suspended until verification is complete.
• If BetWinner determines that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed. Any deposits made by a minor will be returned to the source account after deducting any winnings generated, which are not payable to individuals under the legal age.
• BetWinner is committed to preventing underage gambling and supports the responsible gaming principles outlined in Section 12 of these Terms.

4Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BetWinner account credentials. The following rules govern account security:

• You must not share your account password, login OTP, or any access credentials with any other person.
• BetWinner will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to BetWinner support immediately.
• All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account are your responsibility. BetWinner is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BetWinner support immediately via live chat or email to have your account secured.
• BetWinner recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. This adds an additional layer of security beyond your password alone.

5Deposits

All deposits on BetWinner are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit cap unless a player has voluntarily set one using the responsible gaming deposit limit tool.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your BetWinner wallet immediately for mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). IBFT deposits typically reflect within 15–30 minutes. Card deposits are processed in real time subject to bank approval.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else's mobile wallet or bank account is used to fund your BetWinner account — are not permitted.
• BetWinner does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits that fail to reflect within the stated timeframe should be reported to BetWinner support with your transaction reference number. BetWinner will investigate and credit missing deposits within 24 hours in most cases.

6Withdrawals

BetWinner processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal per transaction may be subject to limits depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Withdrawals are processed to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within 15 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals are subject to the card issuer's processing timeline, typically 1–3 business days.
• Before your first withdrawal, BetWinner may request KYC verification — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This is a one-time process for most players.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only permitted after the full wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. Partial withdrawal of bonus funds is not available.
• BetWinner does not charge withdrawal fees. Fees applied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet are outside BetWinner's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed by BetWinner's compliance team before processing. This is standard procedure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing. Most reviews are completed within one hour.

7Bonuses and Promotions

BetWinner offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily cashback, and the Refer a Friend programme. The following general terms apply to all promotions. Specific promotions may have additional individual terms published on the Promotions page.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements for sports betting bonuses must be completed using bets placed on pre-match or in-play markets at odds of 1.50 or higher per selection. Bets placed at lower odds do not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• Casino and poker bonuses have separate wagering rules detailed in the specific promotion terms. Generally, slots contribute 100% towards casino wagering requirements. Table games and live games may contribute at lower rates — refer to individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse.
• BetWinner reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a promotion are entitled to complete it under the terms that were in place when they activated it.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any uncompleted wagering and associated bonus balance will be removed from your account when the bonus expires. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• BetWinner may decline a bonus application or withdraw bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a no-loss outcome, using bonuses across multiple accounts, or wagering in a pattern designed to exploit promotion terms.

8Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on BetWinner:

• All bets are final once confirmed. BetWinner will not cancel a confirmed bet at a player's request except in circumstances set out below.
• BetWinner reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to an obvious error (including technical glitches that produce incorrect odds). In such cases, the stake is returned to your account.
• For cricket matches: if a match is abandoned or not completed, bets on the match result are void and stakes returned. Live bets on completed innings or overs are settled based on the result at the time of abandonment unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• For accumulator bets: if one leg of an accumulator is void (for any reason), the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at recalculated odds. A single void leg does not cancel the entire accumulator.
• BetWinner's Cash Out feature, where available, allows players to settle a bet before the final result. Cash Out values are calculated in real time and are final once confirmed. BetWinner may temporarily suspend Cash Out availability during live events without notice.
• Maximum payout limits per bet may apply and are displayed in the relevant market. Bets where the potential payout exceeds the published limit will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
• Bets placed after the start of an event (other than designated in-play markets) are void.

9Casino and Games Rules

The following rules apply to casino games, including roulette, poker, Aviator, Ludo, and all other non-sports gaming products available on BetWinner:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested by independent technical auditors. BetWinner does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or display error — bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated during a clearly malfunctioning game are not payable.
• For Aviator: bets not cashed out before the plane exits the screen are settled as losses. Technical disconnection does not trigger an automatic cash out; if your connection drops during an Aviator round, the bet outcome is final based on what was recorded by the BetWinner server.
• For poker: BetWinner's poker rules (hand rankings, betting structure, showdown rules) are standard international poker rules applied consistently. In case of any dispute about a hand, BetWinner's hand history record is the definitive record.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each game table. BetWinner may change these limits at any time.

10Fair Play Policy

BetWinner is committed to providing a fair playing environment for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools that interact with BetWinner's platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping, sharing hole card information, or coordinated folding.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Players who identify a bug must report it to BetWinner immediately rather than exploiting it. Winnings generated through known exploitation of bugs are void.
• Bonus abuse in any form, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in profits regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering or using BetWinner to process funds derived from illegal activities. BetWinner cooperates fully with authorities in all verified cases of financial crime.

BetWinner employs a dedicated monitoring team that reviews account activity for patterns indicating any of the above. Accounts confirmed to be in breach of the fair play policy are closed immediately and all associated balances are forfeited.

11Account Closure and Termination

Either you or BetWinner may close your account at any time under the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: Contact BetWinner support via live chat or email to request account closure. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• BetWinner-initiated closure: BetWinner may close or suspend your account if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, provide false registration information, engage in fair play violations, or if required to do so by any applicable regulatory authority.
• In cases of BetWinner-initiated closure for breach of Terms, any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are voided. Real-money balances may be held pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Self-exclusion requests are a form of account closure for responsible gaming purposes and are handled separately under Section 12.

12Responsible Gaming

BetWinner takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help all players stay in control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on how much you can lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, BetWinner will suspend further betting until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration, helping you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from BetWinner at any time. Temporary exclusions run for a minimum of one month and during this period your account is inaccessible. Permanent exclusion requests are irreversible.
• BetWinner will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional materials during the exclusion period.
• Players under self-exclusion who attempt to register a new account will be identified and the new account closed.

13Limitation of Liability

BetWinner provides its services on an "as available" basis. The following limitations apply:

• BetWinner is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including disconnections during live bets or casino game rounds.
• BetWinner is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials or allowing third-party access to their account.
• BetWinner's liability for any verified technical error on the platform's side is limited to the return of the affected stake. BetWinner is not liable for consequential losses, including hypothetical winnings that might have been earned absent the error.
• BetWinner makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions. BetWinner will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will not schedule maintenance during critical sporting events where avoidable.
• Nothing in these Terms limits BetWinner's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14Changes to Terms and Conditions

BetWinner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process governs changes:

• Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor changes — including clarifications, corrections, or updates that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without advance notice and will be reflected in the updated version published on this page.
• The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
• Continued use of BetWinner after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

15Contact and Complaints

BetWinner is committed to resolving player queries and complaints fairly and promptly. The following process applies:

• General enquiries: Contact BetWinner support via live chat (available 24/7 from your account dashboard) or email at support@betwinner-vip.net. Most general enquiries are resolved within one conversation.
• Formal complaints: If you are not satisfied with the response to a general enquiry, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to support@betwinner-vip.net with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Include your account details, a clear description of the issue, the date and time it occurred, and any relevant reference numbers.
• BetWinner will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• If you remain unsatisfied after BetWinner's formal complaint response, you may request that the matter be referred to an independent dispute resolution process. Details of available dispute resolution mechanisms will be provided upon request.
