• Material changes — changes that affect your rights, introduce new types of data collection, or alter how we share data — will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Minor updates — corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not affect the substance of our data practices — may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
• Continued use of BetWinner following the effective date of a Privacy Policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to an updated policy, you should close your account and contact support to request deletion of your data (subject to retention obligations).
